Our beaches are open!

Beaches for all of our Salt Water Vacations properties and Destin beach rentals are OPEN and there are no scheduled closures. The below comments outline our area operations - we look forward to seeing you soon!

We are practicing enhanced cleaning and sanitization of all of our properties to include CDC-approved cleaning products, cleaning staff wearing masks and gloves, practicing social distancing when and where appropriate and the majority of our properties have direct check-in at the unit with a keypad - allowing you to proceed directly to your unit.

We are proud and excited to announce that as of September 25, 2020, Florida entered Full Phase 3 of reopening, which means that Florida IS OPEN!  All of our properties are available and ready to book.  Additionally, the following local establishments are in full operation and ready to welcome you - along with us here at SWV - back to the beach!

• Barber shops and salons along with other personal services
• Gyms and fitness centers
• Beaches
• Rentals for outdoor activities
• Outdoor shopping and entertainment centers such as the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island, Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard and HarborWalk Village

As of May 18, 2020, we are operating under standard cancellation policies.  If you have a current reservation, please refer to your rental agreement for the terms of your upcoming stay with us.
