Lee's Retreat is a sensational, completely renovated home in the upscale Destiny East neighborhood. Destiny East is close to the beach, and the two 6-seater golf carts make the trip to the beach easy.
Before entering the home, you are greeted by an awe-inspiring courtyard encompassing a fountain and brand-new patio furniture (seating 6) that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the Florida sunshine. The yard is peaceful and provides a serene escape for relaxation.
The main floor of the house features all the bells and whistles to start your vacation off just right. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking your family meals and entertaining. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, gorgeous tile flooring, and freshly painted cabinets. The dining room is nearby for talking and catching up. The beautiful wood table seats everyone at dinner time. The living room is spacious and comfortable, providing a leather sectional around the flat screen T.V. The main floor also features a guest King bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size suite and a gorgeous bathroom with a double vanity.
The pool area is a tranquil setting to ease your cares away. There is ample patio seating for guests and a private natural gas grill. This is the area you've been dreaming of to grill out and enjoy some pool time. The pool itself is spectacular. Not only is it large enough for everyone, but it has a tanning ledge and pool floating seating for those who want to bask in the Florida sun. Landscape lighting also provides the perfect ambiance to enjoy the pool after sunset. Pool heat is available at an additional charge. Please request this upon booking.
The second floor hosts four additional bedrooms and a twin sleeper sofa. The large master bedroom is spacious and overlooks the courtyard with a private balcony. The Master Bathroom is highly desirable, with a large Jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. His and her sinks ensure both have plenty of space for enjoying. Outside the master is a small nook with a twin sleeper sofa and flat-screen T.V. perfect for accommodating one extra guest.
Down the hall, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, hosts the three additional bedrooms. A luxurious king guest bedroom is decorated to the nines with a private full bathroom. The queen bedroom and bunk room with twin over twin bunks share a bathroom. However, they both have remote entry into the shared bathroom. The bunk rooms have built-in USB charging ports, so all kids’ devices will be ready.
All bedrooms have large flat screen Smart TVs, WIFI access points for a high-speed connection, and brand new vinyl wood flooring. Each bedroom is perfect for any member of the family.

Lees Retreat was perfect for our family vacation. Beautifully decorated spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Walking distance to the beach but we drove most days because of what we were taking to the beach and had good parking. One of the cleanest beaches I have visited. Our favorite thing about the house was the private pool and hot tub. We went with our children and grand children and had a wonderful time. There was also many good places to eat and shop. Would definitely like to visit again.

A Paradise for everybody

Lee's Retreat is a family/friends crowd-pleaser. The house is spacious and very clean. My teens loved their rooms. There are TV's everywhere. The kitchen is well done and has just about every gadget needed. It's a chef's paradise. We opted to warm the pool and that was a big win. The teens loved riding in the golf carts, as did the adults. The scenic highway is easily/safely traveled by cart. Having 2 carts was pretty awesome. The beach is just a couple minutes away by cart/bike/walking- very easily accessed. My 7-year-old loved the pool and the access to the clubhouse, which includes an awesome playground. There were courts that we enjoyed there as well, basketball, pickleball and tennis. The workout room was pretty impressive. My husband played a free round of golf every day. We would have used the free parasail if the weather were warmer. Take advantage of the free/discounted activities if you can! The neighborhood is great and feels very safe. The houses are close together, but the set-up felt very private. I am used to staying on the beach and was concerned that I wouldn't enjoy the distance. I may never stay directly on the beach again. The house was so amazing that you could easily stay put and be content. Traveling via golf cart to the beach/shops/restaurants/clubhouse made this vacation more unique. I cannot emphasize the value of this enough for my teenagers who no longer wish to vacation with their parents. On day 1, we were already online looking to book our next visit to Lee's Retreat. You will not be disappointed!

The house was a great way to center our vacation. It was big enough to house our crew of 8 easily. Everyone could have their own space when needed, but it also provided large enough gathering spaces inside and out for everyone when we spent time together. The house was clean, easily accessed and everything worked as it should. The golf carts made for a quick and fun ride to the beach and local restaurant. Great place, highly recommend.

It's a beautiful getaway, with something for the whole family. It's spacious and the kitchen is a cooks dream. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and the outdoor entertainment area is great and private. The bedrooms are spacious and TV's are everywhere! The neighborhood is pristine, the location to beach and scenic Highway is just right. The two golf carts are a hit with my kids and it makes vacation feel like vacation, as we travel everywhere along the scenic highway in them. The club house is great, and has a nice pool, playground, gym, tennis courts and more. There are some awesome free perks provided to you. My husband plays a free round of golf every day and we will try the one free parasail per day next time! There are two bikes provided. I noticed a pack and play, booster seat and other kid necessities. They really have thought of it all. This is our second year here. We plan to be regulars!
