A beautiful condo! The location was excellent and the layout perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view was also top notch. We loved our time in #701.

Had a great time at the Island Princess! The view from the 7th floor was outstanding! Could see either direction of the beach for miles. Would like to do it again in the future. The only negative comment about the premises was the slow elevators.

This spot was perfect for everything we were looking for. On the beach, heated pool/hot tub, ocean view balcony, beautiful beach, very comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms so no one is fighting for a shower! We walked to the pier every day. Felt safe with our children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean. We didn’t have any issues! Easy codes to get in and out of all gates/doors. I’d come back again and again. When I leave reviews I like to try to list a few things I think can be improved so that it’s good feedback for others and the property. If I had to complain about anything, here it is: One of the elevators (one NOT by the pool) needs to be fixed. It makes noises and stops before hitting your floor and you think your going to drop or be stuck forever. The condo interior decor could use some updating to make it have less of an old “motel” feel. I wish (and forgive me if I overlooked it) that the booking details informed me that we were provided with beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. I even went back to re-read all the info and didn’t see this included. We packed our tent and chairs and never needed them. We could have had so much more travel space had I known we could leave them behind. This was a lovely service.

Condo was nice and comfortable. Really appreciated the 3 baths. View is very nice and never heard any noise from our neighbors. The pool is small but we were more interested in the beach anyway. We did not cook much so cannot comment on the kitchenware. The vacuum cleaner does not work. Beds are firm.
Certainly not the condo's fault but the June grass was bad during our stay.

The service was great, Dave and staff were very fast to solve any of our problems!
I.P. 701 is a great place to stay! But could use a little T.L.C. such as paint new mattresses especially in 2nd bedroom and maybe replace or paint refrigerator handles. When were the bedspreads last changed?? We were pleased with the appliances on the whole! And thought the cookware good.
We loved the location of our unit because of the great views! Being able to see both sunrise and sunset was awesome! And it was far away enough from the pool so the pool noises were never a problem.
The pools were usually warm and I enjoyed the water aerobics.
We best liked our location and least liked our inability to offer our guests the use of the second bedroom because of the bad mattress.
We look forward to our return Dec.28th!

I have good news and bad news. First.... the bad news. Unit 701 had a washing machine mishap and experienced a minor flood a couple of weeks ago. And now, the good news... because of the flood the unit is getting a few areas renovated. I have contacted the owner regarding the bed as well. I believe you will be pleased when you return in December!

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Since this unit was close to the end of the complex the elevator and parking were very convenient (also the trash drop). Our family enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The beach was wonderful with clear water and white sand! Most of the visitors seemed to be families and everyone was very friendly. The condo was great. Although there were Tv's in every room, they were old sets which wasn't a concern to me but may be to someone who wants an HD quality picture. We would definately go back and request unit 701 again.

Relaxing time spent with friends at the beach!

701 was the perfect place to share a relaxing beach weekend with 5 friends. Great View from our balcony, comfortable beds, easy access to the beach. Chairs and umbrella provided and set up - all we had to do was walk out with our books and sit down. Nearby Publix and restaurants provided plenty of food choices. We even had for perfect weather!

The condo was very nice and all the folks, including the beach service were friendly.
By going the third week of Sept., the beaches and restaurants were not crowded, which we loved. We would probably go the first week of sept next time as the water was a little cool.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this condo! My mother is handicap and is confined to a wheelchair. This room is completely handicap accessible and fit her needs perfectly. Previous rentals in other cities were lacking, so I was very glad we found this one. The decorations and furniture were up-to-date and quite pleasant. It's also quite a bit roomier than I thought it would be. Located near the elevator, the convenience of this condo was great. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The management of this condo is also top-notch, in my opinion. The management office personnel were very friendly and willing/able to assist with any needs we had. I highly recommend this room!
