When you step into the airy elegance of this pristine vacation home, you'll instantly feel a sense of calm and relaxation.  Newly appointed with fresh and elegant decor, this will be your favorite place to land whether you're looking for a long weekend away to relax or planning to attend one of Sandestin's or The Village's many year-round festivals, tournaments, and events.  This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo SLEEPS up to 3 guests comfortably. There is plenty of room in the open concept living and dining area for you to unwind whether you're enjoying your favorite book or sharing a romantic meal for two.  Complimentary WiFi is provided.



When you choose this lovely resort-style condo, you will have over 800 sq. ft. of comfortable living space including a well-appointed Master bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa for an additional guest.  



There is a king bed in the peaceful master bedroom along with a desk in case you have to squeeze in a little work while you're enjoying your beach vacation.  There is also a roomy closet for your luggage and a window overlooking the veranda.  Relax in the comfort of your bed and enjoy the flat screen TV with cable and free WiFi to stream your favorite show.



From the hallway enter the spacious bathroom featuring a double vanity with plenty of storage for your personal items and a new tub/shower combo.



Bahia 4309's living room open directly onto the veranda overlooking the resort style pool area with just the right amount of privacy from the lush foliage.  There you'll find the cozy bistro set a great place to relax to share a frosty beverage or a snack while you're refreshing your soul from a day spent at the beach or pool.

Parking is located in the Grand Sandestin underground parking garage. Beginning on Jan 9th, 2023, this complex will require a $10.00 parking fee. The parking garage can then be accessed via a QR code that you will receive once you have registered your vehicle and paid. This property only allows 1 vehicle parking pass.

Bahia

Bahia is located within the Grand Complex adjacent to the Village at Baytowne Wharf entertainment area and Baytowne Conference Center, each of these well-appointed units feature private balconies.    Amongst the lush landscaping you'll find lots of vignettes for relaxing, whether it's poolside at the zero entry resort style pool (with kids splash pool adjacent), or in the nearby hot tub.  There's so much there, you may be tempted to forget about the seemingly unending amenities across Sandestin Resort.  Hit the beach or a beachfront restaurant when you jump aboard the free resort tram.  Head over to the Marina at Baytowne Wharf to watch the yachts roll in around sunset.  Or go shopping at the Village or Market Shops!  All units are non-smoking and pets are not accepted.  

 

Baytowne Wharf

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hot spot for family activites, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.  Located along the Choctawhatchee Bay, this resort offers a lagoon pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, two elevators, luggage carts, ice machine, laundry facility, tennis and fitness center. For an additional fee you can enjoy the spa, salon, golf, watersports, biking, boating, shops, and restaurants.
