Walk into the open living, dining, and kitchen areas featuring a flat-screen tv and comfortable seating. Through expansive French doors, step onto the spacious balcony overlooking a lake and the 13th fairway of the Baytowne golf course! In the dining area is a wet bar along with generous dining seating. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. For alfresco dining, serve dinner on the balcony and enjoy a quiet view of the lake and golf course.
The master suite features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub! Access the balcony from this bedroom through another set of expansive French doors!
To the right side of the condo are the guest bedrooms. One bedroom features a full-sized bed and a twin bed and is next to the shared bathroom. Snowbird's Winter Haven

Our stay here in Pine Ridge Villa was nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed every aspect of the winter months, being away from the Northern cold & snow, and living in this warm & comfortable home. Not only was it spacious, it was furnished with all the comforts one could ask for in a home, from the leather sofas to all the pots & pans, not to mention the 6-passenger golf cart. We have wintered in the Florida Panhandle for 8 previous years and have never had a golf cart. This was a pleasant bonus living in the resort of Sandestin with all sorts of things to do and places to go, all accessible by way of the golf cart.
We also liked the floor layout which allowed us to have our guests live (sleep) on the opposite side of condo from us, separated by the common living spaces.
We were pleased to have a property manager who provided extremely good and responsive customer service. Who treated us like real people versus just another renter. If we had any issues or concerns, we knew who to contact and she knew us and responded immediately.
I would recommend this property to anyone, except Snowbirds, because we plan on coming back to 5377 during the winter months.

We had a wonderful time at Pine Ridge Villa. So convenient,beautiful and right next to the pool!! 6 person golf cart was so fun to go to the beach/grocery store/beach and short hop to Baytown. Couldn't have been nicer. It's bigger than my own home. Would definitely stay here again next time.

We have stayed at this unit twice. The unit is in a quiet area, but centrally located to all the things to do in Sandestin - beach, golf, places to eat. It is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of room. It is also on the ground floor which is a plus and right next to the pool. The golf cart is an added bonus. The property manager, Destin Getaways, is always helpful. We always enjoy our stay here.
