Siena on 30-A is a two-story, one-bedroom, one-and-three-quarter-bath, Italian-style cottage that is perfect for any romantic getaway or small family vacation. In the second-floor master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, and in the master bath there is a tub and stand alone shower. This cottage sleeps four comfortably with a futon sofa. The master bedroom boasts its own oversized balcony, great for morning coffee.

Go up the spiral staircase to the upper sundeck, where you will discover breathtaking, 360-degree views of the neighborhood and a glimpse of the Gulf. In the second bathroom, you will find a rainfall shower. There is a large lower-level patio as well, complete with picnic table and barbecue grill. Siena features beautiful tile and wood flooring throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters with laundry room featuring full-size washer/dryer off the kitchen. There is, however, no dishwasher in the kitchen. Enjoy TV/DVD and Wi-Fi; no smoking and no pets.
