Fireworks Dinner Cruise

Guests enjoy the best of all worlds as they cruise into the sunset on a 125 foot yacht, indulge in coastal cuisines, dance to live music and watch a vibrant fireworks show.

While the SOLARIS cruises the local waters, guests will enjoy a three-course meal that begins with freshly baked bread and crisp salad. Entrée choices include Beef Filet Mignon topped with Shrimp or Jumbo Lump Crab, Gulf Shrimp and Grits, Bronzed Gulf Fish of the Day topped with Shrimp or Jumbo Lump Crab, Caribbean Glazed Chicken, Southern Crab Cakes or Harvest Vegetables. The meal concludes with Chef’s Specialty Dessert. 

The evening continues with live music by Reggae Fusion band, Simply D’Vyne, that can be heard throughout all three decks. Guests can dance under the moonlight on the open air sky deck, on the main deck dance floor or listen from the comfort of their table. Simply D’vyne’s live music is a perfect compliment to the ambiance of the SOLARIS dinner cruise, playing a blend of jazz, blues, pop, rock, funk, soul & reggae. 

The unforgettable night ends with a bang as the SOLARIS yacht reaches the perfect spot in the water to watch a vibrant fireworks show. Guests can enjoy great views of the fireworks from the panoramic windows inside, the covered outdoor second deck or the open air sky deck.
