Our kids enjoyed the 3 pools and hot tub. Beach access was perfect. There were an abundance of towels and wash cloths. Hot water was HOT and stayed hot. Showers were great!

Rooms were clean and nice! I was able to do what I needed to do and have fun. I felt the security at the compound were a little over exuberant about their job, but the hotel made accommodation to fix any issues a guest might have.

The condo was beautiful! There were a few things that need to be fixed.. a new toaster, blinds in master bedroom were half broken and had no privacy, the second bathroom exhaust fan made and awful sound, the second bathroom tub didn’t drain right so we were standing in water while we showered, there was no ceiling fan in the bunk room, screen door on sliding glass doors in living room was broke, dishwasher top rack was kind of broken. I did make them aware and they stated they would pass all that along to the property manager. The condo was precious with the perfect location. We would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing time on Navarre Beach. The condo was perfect for our family, so comfortable and very well equipped. The Summerwinds property is amazing, pools were great, beach access is so convenient. 5 star rating for sure! Can't wait until next time!

Condo is very nice, and well decorated. The master mattress was sooo comfortable we came home and realized we needed to purchase a new one for our home. The kitchen was well stocked with gear and we cooked a bit. The reclining couch was enjoyed by all. People fought over who got to sit there. 6th floor view is amazing-not too high. We watched dolphins from the balcony. Only complaints were a few maintenance issues like remote controls didn't work well, blinds in master were broken, and unit next door has loud running appliance at times.

I brought my mother down for a long weekend and we had a great time. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful view and the weather was perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

This was our second stay at Summerwind with Dale Peterson Vacations and it was equally as wonderful as our first stay. The only conern I might have is the abundence of people who bring pop up beach canopies and leave them along with their mess out on the beach night after night. It is not fair to those of us who have rented condos with beach service or who rent beach service in addition to our condo. It should be mandatory that these patrons take down their canopies every night. They are beach hogs who ruin it for all of us. And, many just leave their canopies behind when they leave town, leaving their trash for the beach service to pick up. I understand there is an ordinance conerning this issue, but it is not enforced. Because of this, the beach is not swept and the trash settles into the sand. Hate to see Navarre Beach go the way of other beaches and become a trash pile of left belongings. It is a real concern and one that should be reviewed and the ordinance should be enforced so that we all can once again enjoy the beautiful beaches of Navarre. Nothing worse then sitting on your beautiful balcony in the evening (of which we pay a nice price)to see pop up canapies, floats, buckets, sand toys, chairs ect. sitting on the beach all day and all night. Make them clean up thier stuff!!!
Other than that, wonderful vacation.

loved the condo, price was right.
No mailbox key for over 2 weeks, 1 week to replace batteries & light bulbs & do minor repairs. Should have extra help available at times when many people are checking in to take care of these little things more quickly.
