We absolutely loved the condo! It was very nice and clean when we arrived. The gated patio going to the front door was also very nice as we have young children and could keep all of our beach stuff out of the condo so we didn’t get sand everywhere. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

This was our second time in Island Princess #416. We love it! Since it is a corner unit, you get incredible views. We especially like that they furnish an umbrella and chairs for each unit. Gavin was so helpful in getting us set up the first day! The only little downside was that our blender had a hole in it, so we had to go out and purchase one (which we brought home with us). But overall, the kitchen was well furnished, and we love the decor of the unit. Plenty of tv's too!

Unit #416 was awesome, thanks to the owners for sharing. This unit has great views, really enjoyed our stay. Having 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms was a plus. The only draw back was the parking space, and the elevator was very slow. We were told at check in that this unit didn't have a covered parking space, and the rained 2 days, but wasn't a big deal. Hoping to go back and yes would love to stay in the unit again.

Condo 416 is a great condo with breath taking views. Nicely decorated and the location was perfect.The cleaning crew did a great job. The only complaint I have is that the sofa bed was wore out. We had to get a blow up mattress for my boys.

There was a glitch at the beginning of the week, but otherwise a perfect week and excellent rental unit. We started off at a different property, but after the a/c died, DEP moved us immediately to the Island Princes #416. The view was spectacular and the unit spotless and very comfortable. We'll be back!

My family and I enjoyed our visit to Ft. Walton Beach and the selection of this condo. was perfect. The location to restaurants, entertainment, beaches, etc. was a+. We were able to check in early without any issues. I would definitely return to this location.

The officer personal were very helpful and friendly on our arrival. The unit was very clean and in very good condition. The only problem we had was the refigerator door handle would pop off, but was easily put back on just needs to be secured. All the applicances worked fine. The furnishings were very tasteful. The condo was well taken care of. The pool and hottub were very clesn and well kept as were the grounds. The location was very easily found and the garage was clean. Of course the beach and the view are the best features. They are just breathtaking.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Island Princess. The condo we stayed in was beautifully kept, it was clean and decorated very nicely. My family of 5 was very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach and gulf every morning. We were conveniently located to things around town, like the grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The condo was in excellent condition. We had everything we needed and loved the beach service. The condo had plenty of room for my family, though the beds could have been more comfortable. The beach and pool was not overly crowded, which was just what we were looking for.
I loved the balcony beachfront view and the side window view in the living room of the beach. I would definitely stay again!

Thank to the help of the outstanding Rental Manager, Dave Nemtusiak at Dale E. Peterson, we obtained this beautiful unit #416. It has three beautiful bathrooms. It's a corner unit on the west side of the bldg with a beautiful view.

Location was great. Condo was great. View and Beach was great. All in all this was a great vacation. We would difinately rent this condo again.This was our eighth year to spend the holidays in the Destin area. This was our first in a Peterson property. Housekeeping left something to be desired. Everything was covered in dust, the table tops, the plastic flowers, the lamps and the wall decorations. It appeared that no one had been in the condo for two or three months and no one had bothered to checked the housekeeping befored we arrived. When you are charged a cleaning fee to clean the condo after you leave you expect the condo to be clean when you arrive.

We enjoyed our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautifully furnished condo. The beach view was great and the front porch was an unexpected plus. It was a VIP experience that we hope to repeat next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island Princess. We had lots of room and the view was breathtaking. We had everything we needed and then some. My family will definitely be back.
If there were any suggestions that might improve the stay, it would be air conditioned elevators (they were stifling!) and that our pet could have accompanied us.
Other than that... marvelous.

Very accomodating. We only had one bad thing happen. The master bed was not made up when we checked in, but they dicounted the room for that night. It felt like home and was extremely comfortable. We plan on going back every year for spring break. Great place to take your family. No partying allowed.

The unit was wonderful. The check-in was not so wonderful.....Not courteous and didn't seem to care that we had been on the road for a long time and my husband is disabled. We were told at 3:00 that the room was not ready, however, the room WAS ready and had been ready. We had a wonderful time after that, and, once again, the unit was fabulous.

This is our 2nd year at unit 416/Island Princess on Okaloosa Island. We rent it for a month.
It is truly one of the best condos we've rented over our 15+ years of vacationing on the Emerald Coast!
The private "courtyard" is perfect for storing the floats, coolers, etc.
There are three spacious bedrooms and baths.
It is an end unit facing West (allows for perfect views of the sunsets!)
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the overall decor is great. It's a Key West-type theme with lots of parrots!!
Definitely recommend it - especially if you're going there with your family!
