Summerwind 1202 W is a spacious twelfth-floor condo in the west building, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bunk room with comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes two double beds, and the bunk room offers two twin beds, making this layout ideal for families or groups who want room to spread out after a day at the beach. Please note there is no sofa sleeper in the living room.

Beach Chair Set Included March-October. Resort Wristbands and parking passes on in the kitchen on arrival. Be sure to leave the resort wristbands on departure for the next guest.

🚗 Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

🏖 Navarre Beach offers a variety of beach access points, both on the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, many of which are free to the public.

Navarre Beach Fishing Pier does charge $1 to walk and $8 to fish

Navarre Beach Marine Park - There are 5 pavilions, each with free access and parking, offering access to the beach on both the Sound and Gulf.

The Navarre Beach Marine Park is home to the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, an education center dedicated to protecting threatened and endangered sea turtles. Come meet our Sweet Pea, a non-releasable green sea turtle. She’s many people’s first encounter with a sea turtle, making it an excellent activity for kids.

Gulf Island National Seashore is part of the National Park Service; the Gulf Island National Seashore is home to beaches, local wildlife, and miles of preserved seashore.

Sound Side Park is a nice spot to enjoy calmer waters and watch the boats launch into the sound. The Navarre Beach Multiuse Path is located in Sound Side Park and trails west through the island.
