This was our third stay at GCE111. We love the design, location, amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to see the unit redecorated this year! A beautiful calm blue, new table, new patio chairs. We love staying here and hope to rent this unit for many more years.

We had a great experience and will definitely be returning. There were a few times we needed something fixed in the condo and the property manager was right there to help us and get it all fixed. Very impressed with her. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Great Central Location!

We absolutely loved the location. Close to the pool, the beach and a good central location all around. I found the beds very comfortable with the exception of the couch mattress which was thin, but I think that’s most couch beds. The kitchen had most utensils and we made by with what we did not have. Could use a pitcher maybe! The carpet could use a cleaning in the rooms but I wouldn’t say do away with them completely. That’s just a personal preference. My family and I would totally stay here again!!

We have stayed at The Grand Caribbean a couple of times over the last 5 years.. We absolutely love it here.. The location is great. Very family oriented!! Will definitely be staying here again.

This trip was booked last minute, and I am so happy to have stumbled upon Dale E. Peterson Vacations web site. The condo was clean, had plenty of towels for our group of eight, the welcome package had all the information needed to make our stay a convenient one. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and the short walk to the beach was a delight. We are definitely considering using Dale E Peterson Vacacions for our next trip, and we recomment the property for any groups of 8.

I love staying at the Grand Caribbean, this is the 3rd unit I have stayed in. I love the first floor location. It is so easy to get to after going to the beach, which is just right across the street. The public beach entrance had no steps to go up or down. There isn't a view but the convenience of going in and out of the front made it better. I had no issues with the unit at all, loved it. We sat on the porch and just enjoyed all the activity on Scenic Hwy 98. Everything needed for an enjoyable experience is just a short walk or drive away. I love dealing with Dale E Peterson, I have never had any problems with any rental I have booked. I like that the condo had a keyless entry so everyone could come and go as they please without worrier about who had a key.

The location was great, right across from the beach. We walked out the door and across the road to beach. It was nice being on lower level. This condo had plenty of room. I would recommend it to any family wanting to stay in Destin. :)

we have been coming there for the pass five years and we love it the rooms are great and we where right next to the pool and a grill my husband has always had a great time there as a christain family we love that it is quite and know drinking and cussing there we bring are grandson who is handicapped but he loves the beach and he has a great time this year before he goes to school we thank you all so much for the great memories .
