The unit was very nice with everything you could possible need. The staff was friendly and attentive. The chair/umbrella guy John was exceptional. Overall this was fantastic stay.

We had a great time on our most recent stay. The master bedroom bed was exceptionally comfortable. Probably the best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation. A living room couch could stand to be upgraded, as it’s not very comfortable for just general seating. Aside from that everything was great.

This was the best place we've ever stayed at in Destin. Building is well kept, condo was beautiful, staff great and friendly, restaurant attached was superb, and beach was beautiful!!! We are booking here next year!!!

Do not rent this unit. Condo was not in good condition. As soon as we walked in we were disappointed. Unit appeared old and dirty. Furniture was outdated and extremely uncomfortable. Curtains in the bedroom were completely covered in mold and we were told nothing could be done about it. We had to listen to a loud high-pitched whistling noise coming from the air conditioning unit the entire trip even though we were told multiple times it would be fixed. Front door had nails sticking out all across the top with a makeshift lock that didn't even work properly. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire stay.

I have no complaints. This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and very nice. Also it was located on the beach and had a restaurant on the first floor. Would come back again.

The location is excellent, however, the condo itself was definitely not well maintained. It felt dirty, due to the rugs, the tile floors and tub surround. The dishwasher leaked, a burner on the stove top did not work, there was a rug in one of the bathrooms that had a terrible odor. There was always a fishy smell in the lobby. Don't think we will stay here again. The staff was friendly, the location was awesome, but not enough to make up for the other issues.

We had a great time in the beautiful town of Cavtat. We enjoyed eating at the many restaurants and looking at the superyachts as well as swimming etc. The villa was clean and spacious with excellent views over the harbour and Petra, the host, was very helpful.
The views over the harbour mean that the villa is up quite a climb, which was ok for us but would be a problem for anybody not so mobile.

This unit seemed old, tired, and there was mold in bathroom . . . not a good view and too expensive for the dated condition, view and limited balcony space. We were very please to be moved to a completely renovated united that was well worth the cost. We would request that unit again and certainly come back for it.

Our stay at the Inn at Crystal Beach was wonderful. We rented the entire unit for a family reunion and this location was perfect for all in our group-ages 13 to 80! We had wonderful service on the beach as well as in the restaurant. Our unit overlooked 790 on the Gulf and while we sat on our balcony we were treated to the live music from the restaurant. We are making plans for Summer 2014!

Our first night at the Inn at Crystal Beach our first room 203B matress were very uncomfortable and the room had noise challenges being on top of the resturant. The next morning we talked to the front desk person who was Natasha she was a true gem!!! she was able to move us from this challenging unit to a classy unit which had an additional bedroom for a small fee. We loved the new unit 607. Soon our challenges became a vacation with the wait staff in the bar/ resturant very friendly and the front desk very helpful, everyone smiling and wanting to make sure the stay was pleasurable. My sister and her husband were also there in another beautiful room 307 room. The weather was great, water crystal clear and the beach was heavenly. Our only problem was we had to leave and go back to reality (work). Looking forward to coming again soon. Thanks for a glorious vacation and please have the owner upgrade the matresses in 203B. Room 203 b would get an F Room 607 would get an aAa

We had an amazing time in this condo...the location was perfect for us and the kids! The view was amazing...we really liked he palm trees right outside the balcony and enjoyed the privacy! It was amazing and we will definitely go back to this unit!

We vacation in Destin every summer and have stayed at several of the mid-rise condos there. We have stayed at The Inn at Crystal Beach twice and absolutely love it there and will rent there again next summer. The onsite staff and security are helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the first level is top notch. The section of beach is not crowded like some places. Our teens enjoyed the free wi-fi in the lobby. We definitley recommend the Inn at Crystal beach.
