Located in the heart of Seaside, this airstream turned food truck is the mecca of grilled cheese. From traditional grilled cheese to any cheesy sandwich you can imagine, the Meltdown has an appetizing choice for anyone. A few of their most popular menu items include a meatloaf melt, a Cuban and a grilled pimento cheese sandwich.

Say Cheese
Open for three meals a day, you can always find a bit of cheesy goodness at this food truck on the Destin Harbor. Their year-round staples include the Country Cowboy loaded with smoked brisket, homemade mac and cheese, BBQ sauce, cheddar, and pepper jack cheese on ciabatta and the Booker T made with turkey, fresh jalapeño, cheddar, Swiss and sriracha mayo. Their seasonal favorites feature a lobster bacon mac and cheese sandwich, a Caesar grilled cheese and so much more! 

Johnny Huston’s Grille & Bar 
This local’s favorite restaurant in Navarre has an extensive menu with many items that receive rave reviews, including the one we want to know most about - Johnny’s Grilled Cheese. This restaurant spices up a typical grilled cheese by serving theirs with cheddar cheese, tomato, and bacon. 

Perfect Pig in Gulf Place
Don’t let this restaurant’s name fool you. Although they are known for the delicious pork options, the grilled cheese sandwich here is a customer favorite! Polite Pig’s parmesan crusted grilled cheese includes tomato, mozzarella, and pesto with the option to add avocado, bacon or pulled pork. 

Sunset Bay Cafe
Sunset Bay offers a Gulf Coast twist on a classic grilled cheese. This sandwich is filled with shrimp, spinach and a five cheese blend including white American, smoked cheddar, smoked gouda, provolone, and fontina. This loaded sandwich also comes with a side of tomato bisque.
