Take in views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the resort’s lazy river from this spacious, fourth-floor unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining room that seats 6.  Enjoy the living room with direct access to the patio overlooking the bay and resort, perfect for watching the sunrise or relaxing after a day exploring Destin. The master bedroom contains it's own ensuite and second access to the patio. With three bedrooms, a master with a king, a guest room with a queen, a guest room with a twin bunk bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably sleeps eight. Sandpiper #402 includes a fully-equipped, spacious kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. There are 4 TVs, so everyone can unwind after a day at the pool or beach. 2 DVDs, a stereo, and WiFi are also provided. Monthly rentals are welcome.

Destin West Beach and Bay Resort provides Destin travelers access to both the bay and beach with all the amenities in between. Featuring 93 luxury, Gulf-front units and 186 first-rate Bayside units, the hardest decision is deciding whether you want a view of the Gulf of Mexico or the Choctawhatchee Bay. This resort offers a variety of Gulf-front amenities including a 5,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool, a kiddie pool, and hot tub, as well as barbecue grilling amenities. On the Bay side, you will find even more fantastic amenities consisting of a lazy river, a central pool with waterfall, two over-sized hot tubs, and additional barbecue grilling amenities, all featuring gorgeous views of the Bay. Access the pristine Gulf beach via the skywalk. Limited covered parking is available on both sides.
Bar-b-que and Picnic Area
Destin West Bayside  has Lanai and rooftop condos that have private bar-b-ques but if you or not renting one of those then you can come to the picnic area and use the resort charcoal grills.  They are conveniently located between the back entrance to the lazy river and the seawall along the bay,  Don’t stress about taking the meal back to your condo since your family can even eat their meal on one of the picnic tables located next to the grills.  The area is well shaded for day time use and has adequate lighting for night time usage.
